Job Description
A lead Programmer / Solution Architect Programmer / Analyst (Power Platform) at company will be responsible for setting up business applications and performing production support of existing business applications. Specifically
Work with the business unit functional teams in resolving system issues.
Build applications using Microsoft .Net framework and Azure development tools and frameworks.
Create and maintain system specification and sub-system specification documentation.
Work with BSAs and other developers during the development and implementation of required functionality.
Participate in identifying and analyzing new and emerging technologies and roadmaps.
Provide day-to-day technical/professional assistance for projects and programs delivered beyond the completion date.
Work with BSAs to monitor programs/projects to ensure they have achieved the intended outcome or effect.

Minimum Qualifications
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in a related field.
Years of experience: Minimum 12+ years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Mandatory skills required
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, MS Power Platform.
10+ years’ experience delivering enterprise business systems, preferably in Agile environment.
Microsoft MB-200/600 certified or ability to get certified within 30 days of employment.
Understanding of Azure data Gateways and Power Platforms connectors and DLP policy.
Manage integration related to various Microsoft products (Teams, SharePoint and Power BI) and third-party applications.
Well versed in Power Apps and Power Automate environment.
Experience in Azure standards, best practices, DevOps, and Security Concepts.
Handle Deployment, migrations, installations and upgrades.
Handle Overall Security of Apps and Environments.

Experience on cloud instance is a must.

The Business Technology Solutions team implements technology based solutions in the areas of business intelligence, analytics, information management, reporting and mobility. This team takes overall ownership of the delivery of the technical solution leading the design and development phases and collaborating with other teams for business requirements and system testing.
Responsibilities:
• Lead design and development phases during implementation of world-class technology solutions to solve business problems across multiple client engagements;
• Partner with program lead to build comprehensive implementation project plans with well-defined tasks and owners;
• Leverage information from requirements-gathering phase and utilize past experience to design a flexible and scalable solution;
• Apply appropriate development methodologies (e.g.: agile, waterfall) and best practices (e.g.: mid-development client reviews, embedded QA procedures, unit testing) to ensure successful and timely completion;
• Collaborate with other team members (involved in the requirements gathering, testing, roll-out and operations phases) to ensure seamless transitions.
• Communicate business requirements & work closely with development teams to ensure accurate understanding and implementation;
• Lead the development of project outputs such as business case development, solution vision and design, user requirements, solution mockup, prototypes, and technical architecture (if needed), test cases, and deployment plans;
• Help lead user adoption and change management activities during inception, UAT and post implementation phases.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's/master's degree with specialization in Computer or IT or other computer related disciplines.
• 3-6 years of relevant consulting-industry experience working on medium-large scale technology solution delivery engagements.
• Experienced in designing and developing data management solutions on Amazon Web Services.
• Experience of working on AWS, Python, Big Data and Hadoop File System (HDFS)
• Strong hands on experience in writing code in Pyspark/Python/Shell language.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services viz., EC2, EMR, S3, Lambda, EBS, IAM, Redshift, RDS etc.
• Proficient in writing highly optimized SQL’s and algorithm for data processing
• Deep understanding of the cloud relational and non-relation database, their storage concepts, best practices and use case.
• Good hands on experience of automation using airflow/oozie
• Hands-on experience with analytical tools, languages, or libraries (e.g. R, Mahout) will be an added Advantage
